Show #25, in which I, your humble selector, confess my love for soft (and sometimes) Brazillian tunes... but you knew that already, didn't you? If, at first my selection of the Friends of Distinction, the Quinteto Ternura, and Antonio Adolfo turn you off, please try again - there's something special about these songs that really hooks me, and I don't think I'm the only one. Lots of Brazillian music in this show in general, though - check the piano solo in the Quarteto Novo track, the rapid vocals of Elis Regina.... and the show opens with some funky 45s, and ends with some jazzy disco! A Dutch flute jam and a cool British cop show track, and it ends with Eddie Russ?! - this show's actually pretty varied.
